Traditional Haitian coffee ambassadors

Traditional Hand Brewed Pour Over Method

Welcome to Cafe Bleu, a mother-daughter labor of love bringing the rich traditions of Haitian coffee to Massachusetts. Where we’re sharing a piece of our heritage through community, one carefully hand-brewed pour over cup at a time.

Rooted in generations of Haitian coffee culture, we specialize in traditional hand-brewed methods that honor the deep, complex flavors of authentic Haitian coffee. Every cup tells a story of family histories, new friendships, and the shared passion of the global coffee culture.

About Us

We are a mother-daughter duo who are Haitian food culture ambassadors. Food is always a great way to introduce anyone to the real Haiti. Coffee is a culture that is understood around the world. We want to share that with Boston and our Dorchester community.

What we’re up to

A table set for tea with assorted pastries, fruit-topped desserts, floral centerpiece, fine china cups and saucers, and tiered stands holding finger sandwiches, all on a lace tablecloth. In the background, a potted plant is visible.
Two women smiling and exchanging a pink beverage at a cafe counter. One woman, wearing a blue headscarf and striped shirt, holds the drink, while the other woman, with braided hair and tattoos on her arms, receives it. A chalkboard menu in the background lists coffee options.
People participating in a succulent planting workshop, working with various succulent plants and gardening tools on a black table.
